Communication is key when speaking with our customers. We encourage our customers to ask questions whenever they don't understand something related to the repair of their car. Our service advisors explain things in simple terms. Even someone who has no mechanical knowledge will be able to understand why a specific repair is recommended.

Some shops may try and scare customers into approving one or more repairs in a single visit to their facility. The customer is told these repairs, if left undone, would cause catstophic consequences.
